Friday Five

Taking a cue from a fellow blogger, I decided to have a quiz: Anyways write in with your answers.

1. If you could see one oldtime stadium that's gone, which one would you see?

2. Which athlete has the hottest wife/girlfriend?

3. You can have one pitcher (throughout all of baseball history) on the mound with 2 outs, bottom of the 9th, bases loaded in the World Series. Who would you have pitch?

4. Same question, except who would be batting? Again, anyone in the history of baseball.

5. If you could live one life; Derek Jeter's or Tom Brady's, who would you choose.

Can't wait to see your answers.

The Polo Grounds. You just can't replicate that kind of improvisational baseball field.

2. Which athlete has the hottest wife/girlfriend?

Joe Dimaggio.

3. You can have one pitcher (throughout all of baseball history) on the mound with 2 outs, bottom of the 9th, bases loaded in the World Series. Who would you have pitch?

Mariano Rivera, once you wipe the McCarver drool from his throwing hand.

4. Same question, except who would be batting? Again, anyone in the history of baseball.

Ted Williams.

1 - Astrodome , want to see the evil that started it all (at least I think it started "astro- turf"

2 - Tiger Woods

3 - Eckersley , the guy, once made into a closer, was great at getting ahead in the count like Rivera and then just beating the batter.

4 - Ted Williams in a tremendous pick, was my first thought before seeing Ted's post.

5 - Tiger Woods, see #2 above. If I have to choose between Jeter and Brady, Brady. Jeter is a Yankee after all :)

1. I want to say Yankee Stadium even though i've been there 15 or 16 times but that probably doesn't count as old....i'm going to go with Polo Grounds

2. Kris Benson or Mark Kotsay

3. Mariano Rivera

4. Lou Gehrig or Derek Jeter

5. Derek Jeter....more people hate Brady and to be honest i don't think Giselle is that hot or even half as hot as any girl Jeter can get. Plus the pride in being a yankee.

Great answers, guys!!! Didn't think of Tiger's wife, but great call. And Ted Williams is a fantastic choice.

1. Yankee Stadium before the 1970s ruined it.

2. Whoever that pitcher is that's married to Jennie Finch. Daigle?

3. Rivera would be great, but I bet if you brought 1999-2000 Pedro Martinez in fresh for just that one batter, that batter would have a 0.00% chance of not striking out.

4. Babe Ruth.
